When you are reading a long document in Word, dragging the mouse for a long time can make your fingers uncomfortable, especially in winter, everybody wants to put hands in the coat pockets. So how can we achieve it? Here’s a simple guide.
You can easily view two Word documents using View side by side feature. Synchronous scrolling makes it extremely convenient. Open the two documents you want to compare. On the View tab, in the Window group, click View Side by Side. Likewise, Synchronous Scrolling is not supported in Mac Word, either. Both features have been in popular demand for some time. You can locate & vote for existing feature requests at Word for Mac AI: Artificial Intelligence or Automated Idiocy??? On the View tab, in the Window group, click View Side by Side. In each workbook window, click the sheet that you want to compare. To scroll both worksheets at the same time, click Synchronous Scrolling in the Window group on the View tab. NOTE: This option is available only when View Side by Side is turned on. Synchronous scrolling not working I have 2 documents (very similar) that I have side by side with synchronous scrolling and view side by side selected, but they are not scrolling together. I have track changes on (need to).
