Skyrim Special Edition Not Starting: To fix this issue follow the steps provided below. I'd suggest you toggle overscan, not necessarily disable it, as what the setting does varies by TV. Some TV's have their overscan mode hide the overscan area, while on others that mode shows it. A full sized screen includes the overscan area. Those of you who're getting a zoomed-in screen are getting the overscan area chopped off. You have to set it in your SkyrimPrefs.ini The file can be found wherever you install your TESV to. If you know where that installed folder is, go to Skyrim folder and you should fine.
